So excited about the progress on the forum. I have so much I want to do. Already climbing our way up to our 1st award for 100 votes. woohooo!!!

I have a lot of plans for CU and scrap kits that will be exclusive to Cute n' Charming Forum. 
Some will be completely free. While others will be bought with forum currency (hearts).

My AI generating has been an evolution since last winter. I'm learning more, and able to get much better renderings that when I first started. Actually have been thinking of removing my first generated items *lol*
Maybe I'll just put them up as freebies or something...
Kinda embarrassing. What can ya do... Learn and practice :D

It is with a great deal of thought, that I go ahead and put this into writing today. Just so there is written digital evidence if anything were to happen...


It is completely amazing to me that in this day and age and in a very small town that my next door neighbor and tenant continues to make a point that he is a black man and that I am a nightmare to him and I am racist. Seriously!!

He knows nothing about me. Nothing of my past. Past friendships, experiences, thoughts, beliefs, feelings. But yet he so easily asks me if I write him violations because he is black.

Then when he does not finish his annual recertification for his affordable family housing (low income apartments) at Parkway East Apartments in Worland Wyoming; he continues to try to control the narrative that it is me who is at fault. That he has been nothing but respectful to me. And at every turn I am always 'messing' with him as he puts it. 

I wonder why then I have so many instances that he is not following the rules. Why do I have so many lease violations written for him for excessive loud thumping music. Then, after months of causing anxiety to myself, my 2 cats, and my grand daughter when she is over visiting  does he brag on facebook that he is selling the sound system that is so great that it gets him in trouble with his landlord and will definitley 'piss off your neighbors'. Really??? So, your objective IS to tick people off. And not follow rules. wow...

He wrote a huge long email to the complex Owner after she and her Attorney instructed me to post a 3 day quit on his door with all of his copies of the annual recertification notices I sent for 4 months for him to recertify.
Stating that he never got any of the notices. That I did not give them to him. That just because I print out a paper and put a date on it, does not mean I gave it to him. 
*enormous laughter*
And that everyone will vouch for him and testify against me that constantly mess with him, and only him. By mess - he means harass... 

Should be interesting in court I guess. When he picked an arguement with me one day when I was coming home from work (the managers office) - he now claims there were 4 witnesses. Ummm no. There was one. Apt #2 tenant was at her car. And witness to what? Him accusing me of harassment. Him asking me if I'm doing this because he's black?  To which he now says that I said yes. But I did not. Feels to me like he has had a lifetime of playing the victim and getting away with it. 

I have called the police because I can hear him throwing his exwife across the apartment and up against the walls. Then she turns around and tells my son that I called the police on her. wow. your welcome. But I called the police FOR you. And for myself; as it is very disturbing to hear all of that!!
Those loud sounds are extremely upsetting to me. I can't stand to hear a man hitting the wall, yelling, slam doors, knocking a woman around. And why should I?

He breaks the rules at every turn. Not -- I harass him at every turn. It's always someone else's fault.
Brings in a dog without the Owners approval, does not show up to appointments, smoking on property, loud music that shakes my walls. Then he just went to not caring at all and smoking as he is coming out of his apartment. Right in front of me. Then laughs about it. 

My maintenance man has seen a stack of unopened white envelopes in his kitchen; tossed in the corner. Perhaps those are the annual recertification notices he proclaims I did not ever deliver.

So, it should be interesting if all of these witnesses come forth for him when we get a court date for eviction. 

The man clearly needs mental health help in a huge way. I was even instructed to call his emergency contact - which is his father. Who lives in Texas. I thought he was going to come and get him or do something to try to help him. Maybe the Tenant refused help from his father or his father could not get ahold of him. Or maybe his father feels like its time to grow up. 32 years old after all. Has already served 4 years in prison for drugs. 

Only got approved to live in our apartment complex because he said he will have his 3 children every weekend and will be getting custody of them. 
Well, his children are not ever around. I assume their mother doesn't really want them around their father when he is acting looney and trying to kill himself by sawing his arm and then calling for an ambulance; that he is bleeding out...

Therefore, along with not following the lease, the rules and regulations, obeying local, state, and federal laws; he is also taking up an apartment that could be housing a family. As our properties are AFH - USDA Affordable Family Housing.

At the end of the day; it is just sad that I give someone the benefit of the doubt. Even told him he's the best neighbor I've ever had. -- Because in the beginning it was great. But then I feel like he got back into drugs again. He lost a massive amount of weight. At least 50 to 80 lbs I would say. His attitude changed, his appearance changed drastically. He talks under his breath to himself so others can't make out what he is saying. He has tried to get into vacant units, he has been reported to have entered another tenant's apartment. "Looking for his kids". Ummm at 12:30 at night you don't know where your small children are at? In the winter? With snow on the ground?? So you just start entering into other peoples apartments???  None of my tenants will put in written complaints or anything though. But they have come to me on many occassions saying they don't want him coming around. He is crazy, he is bizarre, he knocks on their door and looks like he is 'out of it' and they can't understand what he's saying. 

It's a shame that he didn't take advantage of this 2nd chance he was given. 

I just hope he doesn't try to do anything to retaliate against me after we go to court. Living right next door to someone so unpredictable has been scary and very stressful.
