I got quite a bit accomplished online today.
Created a CT design and ran ads for SGD
I fell in love with this kit by Elli's Creations.
It was SO hard to decide which parts to create with. I lovvvve home made lemonade and I've loved lavender as long as I can remember. Totally the perfect kit for me to work with.

I have now started CT'ing and joined one of my stores as a CT Asst. Manager. *giggles*
Yesterday I did my very 1st ad run. So fun!!
I have joined tons and tons of Ad groups on facebook.
This is what I created for the designer.
It
shows the kit I created with and who made the kit, 1 tag, 1 signature, 1
facebook timeline cover and 1 profile pic. And I also included a blank
one for her too.
So much fun! These ad groups are really awesome!!

Wooohoo!! Feelin' good! I'm getting so much accomplished online with my designs and everything.
Finished up and changed my avatar and timeline cover for my personal profile and my design store profile page. yay!!
Started on my very 1st CT (stands for creative team as far as I know lol)
Made my 1st request for an available scrapkit in one of my stores. SO awesome!!! I got a tag and AV done last night and started on the preview layout. Now I'm going to make a timeline cover -- or try to.
And figure out where all I'm going to post (advertise) at.
That is the purpose of the CT team -- is to run ads for kit designers in Ad groups to promote their digital scrap kits for them...
Pretty cool stuff. There are even groups to show off what you've created. Like Tag Showoff, Tag Shows, Tag Shares...
I love the world of digital graphics so much.
I didn't feel this huge connection with pixels. But I don't regret any of my years in the pixel community at all.
I really really love how my cover turned out for my store FB page.

I know it's not actually Friday. But 'tis my Friday :)
And I have to say day 6 dieting I woke up nauseous again.
I'm wondering if it the B-12. It contains milk. Which I can't really drink milk anymore. If I get an itch to have cereal and eat it several days, or several times as a snack. I'll start getting all queasy. And that's exactly how I've felt the past 2 days. So I'm going to see if not taking that vitamin makes a difference.
Happy news is that I made my drink (ENERGY by Advanced)
and felt all better lol Yeah I know.

I got the Strawberry Shortcake flavor.
No bad after taste. No headache, no nausea, no ulcer pain or stomach issues :)
I used to drink Spark and had some of the issues with it.
I feel like I'm actually awake and alert and ready to work too.
So, that's new!
Also, I made my 1st one yesterday late in the afternoon. But I wasn't all jazzed up and couldn't sleep. So thats awesome that I drank a 16 oz cup of it late in the afternoon and got to sleep at a decent hour.
Aaand just like that --- it's time to go to work...

The good, The bad and The Ugly - of Summer.
Is a fun little game that came to mind. Share, copy, whatever. Lets keep this going :) Feel free to copy and comment too. --I made the 'good' list longer. We should always try to find positivity even in things we do not care for...
The Good:
1. Klondike Ice cream bars!
2. Fudgcicles
3. Vitamin D is free
4. My toes are not cold
5. Don't have to warm my car up
6. Does not take as long to drive places.
7. Summer-time foods are awesome
8. Fairs, Festivals, ...
9. Grilling out, smoked ribs
10. peaceful drives in the country
The Bad:
1. WASPS!!!!!
2. It stays light later.
3. My hoodies are useful and I miss them
4. Have to say goodbye to my CC knit hat
5. smokey air from farmers and forest fires
6. Gas prices and food prices go up because there are summer travelers/vacations...
7. My pillow is not cold! :(
The Ugly:
1. People are grouchy and short tempered
2. It is so noisy.(lawn mowers, saws, fast cars...)
3. Too hot and makes me grouchy. Makes me feel nauseous.
4. I do not like the 'spring ahead' time change.
5. Out of town vacationers/tourists can be annoying and disrespectful
6. Crowds! The stores are always crowded. Especially when I live in a very scenic, tourist/vacation area.
7. There are more traffic type of deaths in the area I live in. Especially during Sturgis.

I think my body might be in shock. I'm so queasy this morning. Pork chops stuffed with wild rice. Sounds harmless enough. I don't know...
My drink supplement is supposed to arrive today. Excited to find out if that tastes good, or will make me nauseous or anything like that.

Yay! So, I have day 3 down. I can't exactly say that I made lots of healthy choices today. *lol* But I did take steps towards progress and shared them all with my diet buddy. My sister.
Since blended coffees probably have more calories than a big mac. I talked to one of my coffee shoppe girls today and discussed what I can do to reduce calories in my coffees. So she recommended a different milk. Which coconut milk to both of us is a much better choice. I stay away from almond. And we are both coconut lovers. So, yay! And my coffee tasted different. But really really good.
And she also showed me the sugar free flavor list. So I feel like this is totally do-able.
I am on day 3 of vitamins. I've been vitamin D deficient for several years. But ummm have not been taking the supplement I'm supposed to take. So, I started back on my 10,000 IU of D3. As well as added in a B12.
And I am most excited for my drink supplement to get here. I need a replacement if I am going to stop or decrease with my rootbeer. lol Did I forget to mention my vitamin drink is strawberry shortcake flavored. Ummm yeah!! And there is also cotton candy flavor, and rainbow sherbert. I don't know. It's like they had me in mind for this product.
I am hoping to have help with mental clarity. This brain fog is just out of control. Decreasing sugar should help that too. I also am looking to increase energy and not be so tired all the time. I wake up tired! How is that even possible...
I want to say bye-bye to Arby's. Yes, I know you will miss me. But ya gotta go to the curb!
I've also taken some cool steps towards self care also. I know! I'm on a roll *lol* I got mascara and matte liquid lipstick from Farmasi. Someone friended me on Facebook and its like it was fate or something. I've wanted to start taking better care of myself. It's like I totally lost myself when I got divorced and quit doing every single thing that was positive; that I had achieved...
Also ordered the most incredible lotion I've ever had. It's a wee spendy. But it totally works wondered. Only time I've ever had silky soft smooth hands. And I tossed in a facial scrub. They are both made from apricot kernel along with other natural ingredients.
And since sleep is part of a healthy routine. I guess I should be getting there! LOL
