I have a much longer post about this, that I did not publish.
How my neighbor (and I'm the property manager), is accussing me of being racist. I could not even believe I was hearing those words. "Is it because I'm black" He said that so easily! Now he also posts it on Facebook. Asking for help, because he does not know how to get ahold of the Owner. wow... Information is readily available in the office and in the laundry room. Of course he puts right on his facebook profile that I said yes; when he asked if its because he's black. Seriously!!
How is it that I am harassing him if all I'm doing is my job? He's the one breaking the rules. It's not my fault that he chooses to not go through the proper paperwork for things, he smokes right in front of me. When there is no smoking anywhere on the properties.

He plays his music (surround sound bar for tv) so loud it vibrates my walls. And that doesn't take much when he has the bass is turned up so high!
Hopefully my next neighbor will understand how to follow rules. And not think they are above all else...

*uuugh* I felt so entirely normal yesterday. But wanted to make something sweet. Yup. No bakes! Except I didn't have any peanut butter *lol*
I am telling you, I know I had entirely too much sugar yesterday. I could definitely feel the difference. I had a terrible time trying to get to sleep and stay there! A very long horrible night if you ask me.
Now this morning I am so nauseous. I swear, I wish I could just vomit. The thought of anything sweet or sugary just about turns my stomach.
I have had probably quite a bit less sugar in my diet about the last 3 weeks. I stopped drinking A&W rootbeer. Which does not have caffine. But does have a high sugar content and the 2nd ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup. Which is poison to our bodies. Our body does not recognize it as a food substance. Humans were never meant to consume this.

I have read and listened to so much information on sugar. I really do believe it is poison for us. And I do honestly believe there is a connection between sugar and cancer. Sugar breeds bad cells and helps them grow.

What a mess the pharmacy has made of my Prozac!!!! I'm still feeling the effects of being over dosed. I had changed from 40 mg capsules to 60 mg tabs. (The capsules make me queezy). My doctor said I'd have to take 3. And wrote the order as 3 20mg tabs.
Well after 2 weeks of taking them and running out early I was actually getting (by the pharmacy instructions on the bottle!) -- THREE 60 mg tabs per day. So 180 mg a day. So why didn't that alarm the person filling it?!! Then how kind of the pharmacist to try to blame me. 'Well. YOU knew then right'. Ummm no. I knew to take 3. I know to follow what it says on the bottle.
So even a week out from that of taking the correct amount. I am still all shakey and jittery, chills, such increased blurry vision, sleepy, not sleeping soundly-waking up a lot. Just feeling yucky and crappy!
So, since no one can answer me as to how long it might take for that all to get out of my system. I have no choice other than to just stop taking it all together for a few days and see how I feel then.
Might even be that the 60 mg is too much. Oh yes, and the pharmacist made an executive decision that I should have them in 60 mg tablets instead of three 20's. So I can't even decrease or have any control over it. Thats probably why my doctor wrote the order the way she did.
But she has been on vacation during all of this and won't be back for another week. So I go in and see her next Monday... So all I have figured out is lets switch pharmacies! And lets make sure that I get the 3 tablets.
Uuuuggh.... I swear. Why can't men just do what they are told. Why do all these men around me make their own decisions, do whatever they see fit to do.

I know this too. But haven't quite gotten myself back to that spot just yet. But I did start doing something good for my mental well being this weekend.

Yes!!! Laughing is such great medicine.
On Roku (i don't know where all else) watch an old sitcom - 2 Broke Girls. omg!! So hilarious. I love laughing.
This show is so funny!! And it has it from the very beginning when it first aired. The brunette girl - Max. I luuuuvvvvv her sarcastic dark humor. *lol* Maybe you will recognize her from the movie Thor.

Of course eating the right foods can also have an impact on our mental health. Foods with wheat make us sluggish, tired, blah, and even make a lot of the popular very sick these days.

So they do have to get the tablets ordered in for me. Which only takes 1 day. So no big deal there really.

When I first started taking Prozac; I was skeptical. And had all these bad negative feelings and thoughts about it. I told my sister well I am by no means recommending this is what you do. I have to wait some time and see how things go.
But its been very good. I'm still shocked I take this medication with such negativity attached to it from the 90's.
I'm very happy with my choices and my doctor's recommendations. For those time that I do feel extra pressure of anxiety I have a pill that I split in half for that. And it just calms me right down in a natural feeling way. None of it feels druggy or zombie like.
