Hi! We all probably know by now that exercise helps with depression; helps get extra energy out of our bodies... 
I know this too. But haven't quite gotten myself back to that spot just yet. But I did start doing something good for my mental well being this weekend.

Yes!!! Laughing is such great medicine. 
On Roku (i don't know where all else) watch an old sitcom - 2 Broke Girls. omg!! So hilarious. I love laughing. 
This show is so funny!! And it has it from the very beginning when it first aired. The brunette girl - Max. I luuuuvvvvv her sarcastic dark humor. *lol* Maybe you will recognize her from the movie Thor.

Of course eating the right foods can also have an impact on our mental health. Foods with wheat make us sluggish, tired, blah, and even make a lot of the popular very sick these days.

I just wanted to share how happy I am. How normal I feel and how good I really feel. I watch a lot of true crime. So ummm not really the most cheerful stuff. But I also watch Youtube videos about narcissism, food - how our food is poisoning us, all sorts of stuff. And I watch about true crime stories. But I really do not watch much comedy anymore.

I'm now on 60mg of Prozac. Still just about cracks me up to say that word. I was against that medicine STRONGLY for many many years. --- Since the early 90's! I have had no bad side effects or complications. Except that my stomach has no appreciation for the capsules. Whatever they are made of...
So they do have to get the tablets ordered in for me.  Which only takes 1 day. So no big deal there really. 

When I first started taking Prozac; I was skeptical. And had all these bad negative feelings and thoughts about it. I told my sister well I am by no means recommending this is what you do. I have to wait some time and see how things go.

But its been very good. I'm still shocked I take this medication with such negativity attached to it from the 90's. 
I'm very happy with my choices and my doctor's recommendations. For those time that I do feel extra pressure of anxiety I have a pill that I split in half for that. And it just calms me right down in a natural feeling way. None of it feels druggy or zombie like.
